Pricing Group Leader - Biologics

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and personnel aspects of pricing and quoting operations
• Coach, train, and develop staff to maximize performance
• Manage workflow to meet customer service needs and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Business Development to deliver accurate, customer-centric proposals
• Act as a technical resource for pricing processes and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Background in client pricing, project scope creation, or biopharmaceutical analytical testing
• Experience working in LIMS in biologics lab operations or relevant operations support
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely
