Pricing Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate price lists for customers within assigned geographical scopes
• Analyze price change requests from sales and customer care teams to ensure compliance with pricing policies
• Implement and maintain customer agreements in coordination with pricing managers
• Manage pricing implementation in the ERP system, including uploading and maintaining prices
• Translate customer RFQs into internal pricing formats for proper filing
• Process price deviation requests to provide prompt feedback to sales and customer care teams
• Prepare and maintain reports on trade agreement validation
• Update and revise customer master data and execute mass updates in pricing datasets
• Collaborate with IT on ERP system development to suggest functionality improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or Business
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Superuser level)
• Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate findings from large datasets in a timely manner
