Pricing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and manage forecasted internal manufacturing cost estimates and external customer wire harness quotations.
• Process costing requisitions for quote development, accuracy, and profit analysis using the Global Costing Tool (GCT).
• Extract and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) documents from data warehouse tools against technical drawings.
• Interpret wire harness component drawings and design changes to ensure accurate customer quotations.
• Collaborate with Business Unit departments and regional functional teams to meet customer deadlines and mitigate financial risks.
• Provide feedback to Engineering and Tools teams to improve costing data and implement system enhancements.
• Coordinate with purchasing groups to obtain firm or estimated pricing for new materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work-related experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel.
• English language skills (A1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Background in Cost Engineering or design-related areas.
