About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale engagements focused on complex pricing, revenue, and margin-focused problems
- Manage engagement planning, budgeting, and mobilization of strategy engagements
- Oversee detailed quantitative analytics and the development of pricing strategies, including value-based pricing and customer segmentation
- Drive client management through day-to-day interactions with executive sponsors to support strategic decision-making
- Support business development by leading pursuit teams and participating in proposal development
- Contribute to practice development by creating thought leadership and methodologies
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on staffing and professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 6+ years of experience in a consulting setting with demonstrable depth in 1-2 industries
- 3+ years of experience with core pricing concepts such as value-based pricing and customer profitability analysis
- Ability to travel 30% on average based on client needs
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business
- Experience leading programs with pricing technology components (e.g., PROS, Price Fx, or Vendavo)
- Demonstrated command of complex analytical topics and granular data sets
- Sector knowledge in Consumer Products, Retail, Industrial Products, or Technology
