Pricing and Rebates Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume customer rebates and promotional invoices, ensuring validation with accrual trackers
• Set up and update rebates and customer prices within the SAP system
• Provide meaningful financial reports to local business teams
• Analyze and negotiate resolutions for rebate audit queries from customers
• Track customer rebate programs and ensure appropriate monthly accruals in SAP S4Hanna
• Collaborate with Finance teams during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Monitor data flow for discount recognition, including volume and claim files
• Support the development of reporting tools for discount analysis and recognition

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of SAP is desired but not essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a rebates or pricing position
• Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
• Adaptable and resilient approach to fast-paced environments
