Pricing and Program Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead development of price strategies, pricing models, and cost volumes for proposals ranging from $10K to over $8B
• Support cradle-to-grave pricing lifecycle including requirements analysis, submission, and negotiation
• Analyze BOEs, labor mixes, escalation factors, and subcontractor pricing inputs
• Develop Price-to-Win (PTW) scenarios and competitive assessments
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations
• Analyze and report on program financial performance, including EACs, ETCs, burn rates, and variance analysis
• Participate in monthly reviews (IPRs), forecasting, and financial status reporting
• Partner with program managers to align financial goals with operational performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 10 years of pricing experience within the federal contracting space
• Experience with major GWACs, GSA MAS, and IDIQ vehicles
• Proven success pricing FFP, T&M, and CPFF contract types
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SharePoint
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations, TINA, and CAS
• Expertise in cost accounting, labor category mapping, and basis of estimate development

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance
• Background in project control or finance team support
• Experience with DCAA audits and cost estimation systems
• PMP, CPA, or similar credentials
