Pricing and Packaging Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the comprehensive portfolio strategy for Beverages Mexico to optimize product mix, variety, and business profitability.
• Establish and ensure pricing guidelines by brand and channel to maximize demand and margins.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies to guarantee the organization's financial results.
• Consolidate and ensure all price changes are accurately implemented in commercial systems.
• Manage and supervise the average price per unit (PPCU) to track financial objectives.
• Generate and manage volume and revenue data for Business Plan (BP) and Long-Term Plan (LTP) processes.
• Maintain monthly rolling estimates for volume, revenue, and price to provide accurate projections.
• Manage the relationship with The Coca-Cola Company regarding portfolio, pricing, and RGM topics.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, International Business, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience in RGM (Revenue Growth Management), Finance, Commercial Strategy, Demand Planning, Marketing, or Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and expert-level PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Strategic Planning and Financial Statement Analysis.
• Advanced expertise in consumer trend analysis, market research, sales forecasting, and negotiation.
