Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assess individual homes for pricing decisions and risk evaluation using in-house tools and model outputs
• Provide accurate valuations for Single Family Residential properties to support the acquisition process
• Gain and apply in-depth knowledge of local market nuances to ensure competitive pricing
• Collaborate with sales, homes, data science, and engineering teams to improve pricing models and operations
• Work with local management to deliver consistent, high-quality property valuations

Requirements

• Strong analytical or quantitative background
• Experience in a valuation, real estate, or data-driven role
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for property assessment
• Ability to adapt quickly to proprietary technology tools and AI-driven workflows
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to reside within a 50-mile commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ and work onsite 4 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate, property valuation, or appraisal
• Background in data analytics, financial modeling, or a quantitative discipline
• Prior experience at a PropTech, iBuyer, or technology-driven real estate company
• Strong technical skills in Excel or SQL
