Pricing Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing dashboards to track inventory health, market competitiveness, and GM performance
• Run competitive intelligence analyses by structuring and interpreting market pricing data
• Write and optimize SQL queries (BigQuery & Postgres) to extract, clean, and validate data
• Develop models in Google Sheets or Python to support daily pricing decisions
• Support data cleaning and the updating of daily, weekly, and monthly pricing reports
• Prototype AI-assisted workflows using LLMs to automate repetitive analytical tasks
• Collaborate with Supply, Sales, and Commercial teams to align pricing with business targets

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.5+ or First Class Honours/Distinction
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Google Sheets for modeling and reporting
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure ambiguous business problems
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas simply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python for data modeling
• Familiarity with BigQuery
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for productivity
