Pricing Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Drive core pricing activities, including assisting with the annual price change process.
• Perform daily pricing tasks such as managing pricing agreements and proposals.
• Track, evaluate, and report the status of pricing agreements and proactively manage price escalations.
• Conduct semi-complex pricing analysis of customer, competitive, and product data to develop adjustment recommendations.
• Analyze and report on monthly price impact to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in pricing analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Access, SQL, Tableau, SAP, PROS, and Business Objects.
• Proven ability to work effectively with teams across multiple sites and time zones.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong skills in influence, persuasion, and problem resolution.
