Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor pricing positions on various engines and recommend intraday changes to maintain market competitiveness
• Run and analyze pricing scenarios through company pricing engines
• Develop programs and automation to perform pricing routines more efficiently
• Prepare reports and recommendations for pricing changes and communicate them effectively to management
• Generate approved price changes within various pricing applications
• Interact with outside pricing engine vendors and internal sales and operations departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• High proficiency in Excel or other database languages
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent college graduate
• Previous experience in the mortgage industry
