Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the Firm’s billing rate administration across all offices
• Maintain the Firm’s rates and fee arrangements database
• Collaborate with the billing department to execute negotiated fee arrangements
• Monitor internal approvals to ensure compliance with Firm policies
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses using various data stores and tools
• Conduct legal pricing related competitor and market studies
• Complete special projects as required by the Pricing Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or mathematics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables
• Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a professional services or commercial environment
