Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on rate requests from the commercial area within established Freight Forwarding timelines.
• Determine costs by requesting quotes from current and new providers via email and verifying existing rate sheets.
• Analyze and send quotations according to response time standards (24–48 hours for commercial routes, 48–72 hours for non-commercial routes, and 1–2 weeks for RFQs).
• Register and administer the provider database, ensuring profiles are updated for assigned shipments.
• Research and compare provider offers to ensure competitive pricing, service quality, and credit terms.
• Support the closing of routed shipments through the WCA network and other diversification strategies to increase profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong skills in market analysis, evaluation, and quote interpretation.
