Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply federal labor regulations, including SCA wage determinations and Department of Labor guidelines
• Develop and maintain competitive labor rate analyses for federal staffing categories
• Build and manage cost/pricing models accounting for direct wages, fringe benefits, overhead, and G&A
• Partner with Business Development and Proposal teams to develop cost volumes for federal RFPs and task orders
• Monitor federal labor market trends, wage adjustments, and competitor pricing strategies
• Develop and maintain pricing tools, templates, and models to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in pricing or financial analysis within staffing, government contracting, or healthcare services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting complex datasets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SCA wage determinations and FAR cost principles
• Experience with federal procurement processes
• Experience with pricing software, ERP, or BI tools
