Pricing Advisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance including rent growth, occupancy, and pricing trends
• Advise property managers and regional teams on pricing and renewal strategies
• Use platform analytics to produce actionable revenue optimization recommendations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and communicate findings to clients
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure strategy alignment
• Drive platform adoption and best practices among clients
• Contribute to client training and internal documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue management or pricing strategy within the multifamily industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and make actionable recommendations
• Clear and confident communication skills for interacting with onsite teams and senior leaders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with multifamily pricing or revenue management systems such as RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, or ResMan
