Price Reporter

Responsibilities

• Foster in-depth knowledge of steelmaking raw materials fundamentals, supply chain, and end-uses
• Collect pricing data and set prices following robust methodology and IOSCO principles
• Write market commentaries, breaking news, and insightful editorial copy
• Manage and expand industry contacts for pricing data and news exclusives
• Peer review prices to ensure representative accuracy and correct editorial judgement
• Support the development and adoption of benchmark prices through market engagement

Requirements

• High level of written and spoken English
• Interest in and understanding of financial markets and commodities
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets
• Practical experience in journalism or writing
• Ability to produce analytical editorial copy
