About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the safety reference for employees and visitors during the development of Disneyland Paris products
  • Analyze and monitor occupational and visitor accidents, conducting post-incident reviews and proposing action plans
  • Conduct field studies to identify risks within your assigned perimeter
  • Define and propose preventive or corrective actions to reduce risks and ensure traceability of recommendations
  • Identify and evaluate risks in advance for new projects and co-activity involving external companies (prevention plans)
  • Update the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) and the General Visitor Safety Plan
  • Communicate with operational teams on the ground to ensure prevention instructions are understood and meaningful
  • Measure the effectiveness of implemented actions and update action plans accordingly
  • Assist in preparing and facilitating CSSCT meetings
  • Participate in sector metrology, including measurements of noise, light, and floor slipperiness
  • Coordinate transverse projects to homogenize methods, tools, and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bac+5 degree in QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in occupational safety
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • French language proficiency at a C1 level (written and oral)
  • English language proficiency at a B1 level minimum

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience or knowledge in occupational safety within the Hospitality or Catering sectors
