Preventative Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance and repair work for the customer facility and staff including HVAC, plumbers, electricians, and mechanics
• Manage workload, planning, supervision, and inspections
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnoses, and repairs to facilities equipment and property
• Perform QC inspections and produce QC reports
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and repair projects and process work orders
• Review project completion to ensure compliance with building standards
• Maintain records and prepare required reports

Requirements

• High School diploma; Bachelors degree preferred
• At least 5 years of recent experience supervising maintenance, repair, installation, and inspection of mechanical systems within a federal facility of at least 1 million square feet
• Experience with Maximo CMMS program
• Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to pass a government background check
