Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance agreements (PMAs) for HVAC mechanical customers
• Review contracted maintenance hours monthly and coordinate scheduling with local markets
• Partner with Dispatch and local service teams to schedule technicians for maintenance visits
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure service expectations are met
• Partner with Account Managers to support customer satisfaction and relationship management
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding PMA renewals
• Monitor PMA completion status and follow up on outstanding service items or deficiencies
• Maintain accurate records, scheduling data, and customer communications within company systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in HVAC mechanical service, maintenance coordination, dispatching, or service operations preferred
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance agreements and service scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software platforms
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities across various markets
• Strong customer service and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, service workflows, and field operations
• Knowledge of COINS ERP systems
