Prevencionista de Riesgo

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational activities in the field to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards
• Perform safety inspections and report substandard acts and conditions
• Verify the correct application of ATS, IPERC, work permits, and safe work procedures
• Participate in safety talks, training sessions, and staff inductions
• Monitor compliance with control measures established for identified risks
• Report incidents, observations, and safety findings promptly
• Promote a preventive culture oriented toward people protection and continuous improvement
• Maintain constant communication with supervisors to ensure safe work execution

Requirements

• Technician in Safety or Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising field activities in Occupational Health and Safety
• High-risk work courses
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Knowledge of ATS, IPERC, work permits, and safety inspections
• Basic or intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Availability to work in the field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, electrical, construction, or maintenance projects
• Experience in high-risk activities
