About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with key customers by building outstanding relationships in Premium and Influencer On Trade outlets.
- Deliver on key selling metrics including brand distribution, visibility, new business, and financial targets.
- Develop and manage sales and promotional brand plans aligned with commercial priorities.
- Act as the primary business contact for customers to deliver 360-degree solutions and resolve issues.
- Win new premium business listings while retaining and growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to execute prestige events and brand activations.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional activities against budget and conduct ROI analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales within the Premium On Trade, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
- A demonstrable track record of performance and delivering measurable results.
- Strong interpersonal, social networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and time management abilities.
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills, including active listening.
- Creative thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in brand activation within the premium spirits or hospitality industry.
