Prestige Banking Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned Prestige client portfolio through proactive engagement and relationship building
• Deepen client banking relationships by identifying opportunities across transactional, lending, digital, and rewards solutions
• Identify wealth, investment, fiduciary, and estate planning needs and refer clients to specialist teams
• Conduct structured client reviews to understand financial goals and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Action client service requests efficiently across digital, voice, and branch channels
• Uphold governance and compliance standards, including AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Banking, Finance, or a related field, or an Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) FAIS-recognised qualification
• 2 years of total banking experience, including 1 to 2 years of FAIS-related experience
• Proven experience in relationship banking, managing personal, prestige, or affluent client portfolios
• Valid driver's licence and mobility to travel to client sites
• Demonstrated ability to drive product entrenchment and retain clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to wealth management, investment consulting, or financial planning referral environments
• Experience working across multi-channel environments to manage credit applications and resolve service gaps
