Pressure Tester

Responsibilities

• Load, pipe, and align compressors and perform associated tasks to ensure proper run-in.
• Operate all Test Stands and perform valve assembly of hand wheels unit assembly.
• Record and collect pertinent compressor data according to specified test requirements.
• Wash, clean, and prepare parts using wire brushes or scrapers as necessary.
• Follow oral or written instructions to properly mask nameplates, serial plates, and control panels.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and manage equipment inventory and storage.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to perform high school level math.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand constantly.
• Ability to follow strict safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Vision corrected to 20/20.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with measurement tools and testing equipment.
