Press Straightening Operator - Heat Treatment

Responsibilities

• Perform the operation of straightening pipe heads and ends in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures.
• Execute machine changeovers, setups, and operate the press straightener.
• Control pipe straightness using a comparer and perform visual and dimensional quality controls.
• Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies, notifying management of any potential risks.
• Ensure product quality by complying with defined standards and reporting any deviations.
• Complete and update all applicable records to ensure information accuracy and product traceability.
• Maintain a clean and ordered workplace and ensure proper use of company assets.
• Assist with machine lockouts, tagouts, and operative maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with product inspection.
• Relevant certifications when applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Heat Treatment processes.
