Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up stamping machines
• Operate and monitor stamping systems
• Perform quality control and maintenance tasks
• Manage material consumption and documentation
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing problems and machine malfunctions
• Responsible for coil changes and documentation
• Instruct employees and ensure order and cleanliness

Requirements

• Completed training as a stamping and forming mechanic or similar 2-year technical training
• Profound experience as an operator/setter of stamping machines
• Ability to work in a 3-shift system
• Forklift license
• Experience with NC-controlled machines and quality standards
• High level of flexibility and resilience in stressful situations
