Press Robot Technician

Responsibilities

• Test and program robotic systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
• Perform frequent robot arm changeovers and maintain robotic equipment
• Monitor robot performance and identify issues affecting production
• Act as a team leader for the press line, including leading and training others
• Assist with loading tasks, including lifting and positioning bumpers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to support operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of robotic systems
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift and handle robot arms weighing up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift/carry materials up to 50 lbs
