About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and set up heavy press machines
- Handle materials and ensure product quality
- Assist with die, ring, and pallet changes
- Perform minor maintenance on machines and tools
- Inspect details according to control instructions
- Manage packaging and handling of deviations
- Work with 5S and continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Education in industry/technology or relevant work experience
- Experience with press machines is a merit
- Strong technical interest
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Forklift or overhead crane license is a merit
