Press Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate curing presses and other machinery with precision and efficiency
• Complete daily production reports regarding productivity, quality control, and material usage
• Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate policies, and internal procedures
• Report machine issues or production discrepancies promptly to supervisors
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work the 4th shift (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 6:00am to 6:00pm)
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and perform physical tasks including lifting

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience operating a forklift or crane
