Press & Influence Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to enhance brand visibility in the EMEA region.
• Identify and manage creative collaboration opportunities with VIPs, celebrities, and influencers.
• Oversee daily influencer gifting programs, including shipment coordination and talent relations.
• Monitor media coverage and social platform mentions, providing regular analytical reports.
• Coordinate logistics for in-store visits, press appointments, and brand events in Paris.
• Support the identification and execution of paid influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Organize exclusive craftsmanship ateliers and immersive brand experiences for key talents.
• Provide administrative support including budget tracking, scheduling, and document preparation.

Requirements

• 3 years of Public Relations experience within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and the luxury landscape.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
