Preservation Material Officer

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure high equipment reliability and plant availability
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in troubleshooting potential issues
• Update maintenance records and prepare relevant reports
• Conduct production quality control checks and analysis
• Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies and process safety requirements
• Maintain and communicate requirements for tools, consumables, and equipment
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and contribute to proactive reporting procedures
• Communicate effectively with operators, employees, and supervisors regarding productivity and safety

Requirements

• Relevant product knowledge of industry material handling
• High Risk Forklift Licence (up to 16T blade fork)
• Current Open Driver Licence
• Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
• Ability to work autonomously on remote sites with a proactive approach
• Ability to follow instructions and work across a variety of sites
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Construction or Mechanical trades
• Rigger and/or Dogman Licence
• Dangerous goods handling experience and qualifications
• Knowledge of Material Management programs such as Maximo or SAP
