Presentation Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-stakes presentations, including new business pitches and client presentations
• Translate complex strategic and creative ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives
• Partner with Creatives, Strategists, and Account teams to shape presentation storylines
• Design and maintain premium presentation templates, master slides, and asset libraries
• Create bespoke visual assets such as infographics, diagrams, and mockups
• Own the end-to-end presentation process, including version control and final delivery
• Lead or guide freelancers during high-pressure pitch cycles
• Ensure all work meets high standards of typography, layout, and visual consistency

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in a creative agency or equivalent high-performance environment
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required)
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, and color theory
• Proven track record of designing high-quality, client-facing presentations
• Ability to create data visualizations and translate complex information into graphics
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
• Portfolio demonstrating both system thinking and high-impact storytelling
