Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate, faith-based lessons
• Foster a love of learning and child development
• Create a structured, nurturing classroom
• Communicate with parents
• Maintain organization and positive behavior
• Participate in meetings and professional development

Requirements

• Committed Christian role model
• Bachelor’s degree (ECE preferred) or relevant experience
• Experience with young children preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Willingness to complete DCF training and background screening
• Submission of transcripts
• Teaching Certificate or CDA if applicable
• One professional and one church reference
