About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform daily and recurring tasks related to classroom management
- Ensure the safety of children
- Assist in the development of curriculum
- Maintain positive interactions with preschool-aged children
- Follow documentation protocols
- Collaborate and interact with staff and community members
Requirements
- Experience with preschool-aged children
- Current Preschool certification by the Department of EEC or qualifications necessary to submit
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with others
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, CDA, or Associate's degree in a related field
- Experience managing your own classroom
