Preschool Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the campus team through coaching and support
• Build a positive school culture rooted in collaboration and care
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support enrollment growth
• Partner with families to create an engaged school community
• Ensure classrooms deliver high-quality Montessori education
• Oversee campus operations and manage the school budget
• Recruit, hire, and develop exceptional educators and staff

Requirements

• Early childhood education leadership experience
• Strong organizational and operational management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Talent for building collaborative and accountable team cultures
• Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
• Passion for child development and educational excellence
• Commitment to authentic Montessori education

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching in an early childhood education setting
• Experience as a School, Program, Admissions, or Administrative Director
• Familiarity with Montessori education or Montessori certification
• Step 9 or higher in the Oregon Registry or one year of adult management experience
