Presales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for the development and implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions
• Analyze customer business needs and evaluate existing systems to design appropriate product implementations
• Work on moderate to complex projects using company standard policies and procedures to resolve issues
• Exercise judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate technical actions
• Collaborate with senior and specialist staff members to resolve highly technical issues

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related professional experience
• 3 years of functional professional experience
• Minimum of 1 year of position-specific pre-sales experience
• Ability to work independently with general supervision
• Proficiency with various technical tools, systems, and procedures required for solution design
