PreSales Solution Expert

Responsibilities

• Support partners and customers on the product portfolio for signing, identification, and trust services
• Advise customers on best-fit products and integration into existing IT environments
• Drive sales through technical expertise and account management
• Prepare Proof of Concepts including application installation, configuration, and occasional coding
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations during the pre-sales phase
• Update customer documentation in the knowledge base
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate needs internally
• Provide troubleshooting support to the customer success team when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Informatics
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
• Ability to analyze client requirements and design custom technical solutions
• Knowledge of database administration
• Basic programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with IT security, encryption, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, etc.)
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Willingness to travel to client premises and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital signatures, trust services, and identification solutions
