About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding client inquiries
- Detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market areas
- Ensure client satisfaction through excellent customer care throughout the sales cycle
- Proactively detect possibilities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Retain and grow the existing customer base
- Interpret and proactively act upon customer needs
Requirements
- Native-level Swedish fluency
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Previous sales experience managing sales funnels and client contact
- Strong technical abilities to understand complex scientific concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Norwegian or Danish
- Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Biomedicine
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
