Responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity services business from a pre-sales consultancy capacity from proposal to delivery
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SOC, SIEM, GRC, and Infra-Application Security Assessment Services
• Articulate business benefits of cybersecurity services to technical and business customers
• Prepare cybersecurity documents and presentations for diverse audiences
• Document feedback and lessons learned from customer engagements to identify new opportunities
• Share knowledge within the ISO (SIEM/SOC) community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience writing cybersecurity proposals, responding to RFPs, and creating SOWs
• Proven experience in a consultative cybersecurity selling approach in customer-facing roles
• Expert knowledge of Splunk, IBM QRadar, and LogRhythm (configuration, troubleshooting, and design)
• Experience in architectural design and project-led implementation of cybersecurity solutions
• Ability to conduct cybersecurity presentations, demos, and POCs
• Understanding of legislative demands and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Operational experience as an analyst, operations lead, incident responder, or SOC manager
• Knowledge of contemporary base operating systems and major database platforms
• Experience in Security Operations, Cyber Defence, or Threat Intelligence Centres
