About the role
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise networking solutions including HLD, LLD, technical proposals, and BOQs
- Support networking architectures covering LAN/WAN, enterprise wireless, and SD-WAN
- Provide technical guidance on networking best practices and Cisco-based solutions
- Conduct customer meetings, workshops, presentations, and technical demonstrations
- Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical validation activities
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution handover
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and solution records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in networking, presales, or system integration
- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, and OSPF
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies and SD-WAN fundamentals
- Experience developing technical proposals and BOQs
- Familiarity with Fortinet solutions
- Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) or Fortinet (NSE 4 or above) certifications
