Presales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Map customer requirements to Signzy products and services to provide effective solutioning
• Create techno-commercial proposals, value proposition documents, and Scopes of Work (SoW)
• Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and scoping for technical proposals
• Develop and deliver high-impact pitch decks, product demonstrations, and presentations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and Project teams to define effort estimates, delivery timelines, and infrastructure requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to address client technical, functional, compliance, and infosec requirements
• Train sales teams on product capabilities, compliance, and technology for specific use cases
• Maintain and update the sales toolkit, including standard decks, demo videos, and FAQs
• Act as a liaison between Product and Sales teams to communicate client feedback and market insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a Presales role
• Extremely strong communication and technical writing skills
• Proficiency in creating professional presentation decks and detailed proposal documents
• A genuine interest and enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector and the Fintech industry
• Experience working within global markets or managing international customer relationships
