Presales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutioning and responses for opportunities across platforms like Creatio, Mendix, and Liferay DXP
• Assess RFIs, RFPs, and tenders including requirement decomposition and risk identification
• Prepare technical and commercial responses, including solution architecture and work breakdown structures
• Perform capacity analysis, effort sizing, and delivery timeline estimation using Agile methodology
• Design and present product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluation sessions
• Support the Sales team in client pitches and value-proposition conversations
• Build and maintain a library of reusable presales assets and reference architectures
• Apply Data & AI thinking to client solutions to strengthen proposals
• Collaborate with technology vendors on joint pursuits and pricing negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• Experience with platforms such as Creatio, Mendix, Liferay DXP, Camunda, or Nintex K2
• Strong understanding of Business Process Automation, DXP, and enterprise integration patterns
• Working knowledge of Data & AI fundamentals and generative AI use cases
• Practical understanding of Agile delivery and capacity estimation
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to present confidently to technical and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior presales, solution architecture, or bid-management experience in enterprise BPM or CRM
• Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs in the GCC government sector (UAE/KSA)
• Fluency in Arabic
