Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, carriers, and visitors on-site.
• Manage truck weighing processes (tare and gross) in compliance with current legislation.
• Issue delivery notes (B.L.) and weighbridge tickets.
• Handle customer invoicing for cash payments and manage collections.
• Provide information to clients regarding products, applications, and services.
• Prepare quotes for cash customers within defined commercial guidelines.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Commercial departments regarding deliveries and anomalies.
• Enforce site safety rules and inform visitors of traffic plans and signage.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as orders, supplies, and purchasing.
• Perform occasional truck loading using heavy machinery if required.

Requirements

• General basic education.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of organization and rigor.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools.
• Ability to be reactive, versatile, and diplomatic.

Preferred Qualifications

• CACES certification (specifically CACES 4 and 9) is a significant plus.
• Previous experience in a weighbridge or industrial customer service role.
• Knowledge of construction materials or aggregates.
