Preparation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure liquid delivery complies with the daily production plan, meeting volume, timing, and defined standards.
• Drive and maintain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) within the operation.
• Execute safety and environmental strategies and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Prevent, detect, and correct product quality deviations.
• Supervise and coordinate unionized personnel, managing administrative tasks such as attendance and training.
• Maintain operational discipline, equipment sanitization plans (MSS), and workplace cleanliness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production supervision (manufacturing, chemical industry, food, or related).
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related Engineering field.
• Proven experience leading unionized personnel and managing plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPM) and Industrial Safety.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SAP / SAP HANA.
• Basic to intermediate English skills.
