Préparateur superviseur TCE

Responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise multi-trade (TCE) works during unit shutdowns, focusing on static equipment, piping, and valves.
• Define the scope of TCE works including mechanical, piping, boilermaking, electricity, instrumentation, and civil engineering.
• Analyze technical files, plans, and specifications to contribute to detailed intervention planning.
• Identify human, material, and logistical resource requirements.
• Participate in risk analyses such as HAZOP, PDP, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate and pilot all intervening TCE companies on-site to ensure activity synchronization.
• Monitor work progress and adjust schedules according to unforeseen circumstances.
• Lead daily coordination meetings and manage interfaces with operations and other disciplines.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +2 degree in petrochemicals and/or works engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical environments.
• Proficiency in Maximo, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong rigor, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
