Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order preparation process from receipt to completion to optimize workflow
• Prepare customer orders with high attention to product quality and selection
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, including the respect of the cold chain
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing personalized service and a warm welcome to customers
• Build trust and proximity with customers through professional and helpful interactions

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a commercial mindset
• High attention to detail regarding product quality and freshness
• Ability to respect strict hygiene and cold chain protocols
• Previous experience in a similar retail or order picking role is preferred
