Préparateur de travaux en Industrie

Responsibilities

• Prepare major unit shutdown projects for heavy chemical and petrochemical clients
• Perform on-site surveys and establish/track intervention requirement files and dossiers
• Study intervention feasibility and analyze risks in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Identify necessary human and material resources
• Draft technical realization documents including isometric views, intervention sequences, technical diagrams, and spare parts lists
• Consult with suppliers, prepare orders, and submit them for management validation
• Participate in the development and monitoring of work schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety, deadline, and quality standards

Requirements

• Technical educational background
• Significant experience in maintenance work preparation
• Experience in site or construction management, specifically with a focus on piping
• Strong knowledge of the specific constraints and requirements of the petrochemical industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a design office (bureau d'études)
