Preparador Físico

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise physical preparation plans in collaboration with coaches to align with technical-tactical training goals.
• Execute and monitor periodic physical evaluations (strength, endurance, mobility, etc.) and generate detailed reports for students and staff.
• Attend training sessions rotationally to monitor athlete performance during practice and competitions.
• Develop exercise guides for various levels, ranging from basic/initiation to advanced representative teams.
• Provide support to representative teams during competitions, ensuring proper warm-ups and post-competition recovery.
• Offer personalized follow-up for athletes requiring specific work plans, such as rehabilitation or strengthening processes.
• Maintain systematic records of progress, evaluations, and attendance.
• Collaborate on logistical support for sports events, races, and tournaments organized by the Physical Education department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Activity and Sport, or Physical Education.
• Proven experience in physical preparation and high-performance training.
• Expertise in physical measurement, development, and injury prevention.
• Availability to travel as required for competitions.
