About the role

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain stocked workstation throughout shift
  • Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
  • Complete daily prep tasks assigned
  • Prepare recipes by following strict guidelines and portioning techniques
  • Monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, quality, and safety
  • Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces
  • Take out trash and boxes daily
  • Complete all closing work before leaving
  • Support team members and leadership

Requirements

  • Ability to follow detailed directions and standard restaurant procedures
  • Ability to constantly move throughout the kitchen
  • Ability to prepare food according to specifications
  • Ability to safely utilize a variety of kitchen tools and machinery
  • Ability to multitask and remain highly organized
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Must be available to work evening shifts
