Responsibilities

• Uphold food safety and quality standards, preventing cross-contamination
• Prep cold and hot food items according to precise guidelines
• Operate food preparation equipment such as fit-wash and robot coupe
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary prep stations
• Set up and break down food preparation areas efficiently
• Communicate prep needs across kitchen zones and leadership
• Stock all kitchen areas consistently
• Learn and adapt to evolving seasonal menus and components
• Properly store received orders

Requirements

• Passion for real, good food and eagerness to learn culinary skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Collaborative spirit and respect for colleagues
• Effective verbal communication and proactive, positive mindset
• Detail-oriented and accountable in high-volume environments
• Quick learner able to adapt to new recipes and seasonal changes
