Prep Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned sauces, proteins, dressings, and food items from scratch following specific recipes and procedures
• Maintain par levels and follow prescribed portioning controls to ensure kitchen readiness
• Prepare garnishes and condiments for line service while adhering to food allergy and special order protocols
• Comply with all health code requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Store, receive, stock, and rotate food products according to company standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely in accordance with OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with Back of House and Front of House team members in a high-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous prep experience preferred
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for a full shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must possess all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
